On January 30, 2020, The Town of Porum filed an application to the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for renewal of an existing permit to discharge wastewater. The DEQ has now issued a draft permit. The draft permit, fact sheet, and application may be viewed by clicking the link below.
